I called Florida Air and Heat and within 2 hours a tech was here to evaluate and explain everything with my unit. He showed me pictures of inside the system so I would understand exactly why it was freezing and different options on how we could resolve the issue.
The service was great as they put in my brand new ac system. The tech/installer was very descriptive on the installation when it came time to explain what was being done when I asked questions. Overall I was very satisfied with the job and I would recommend Florida air and heat to everyone with air conditioning needs.
Frank came out at 10PM right after I called and fixed the unit in the dark. Explained everything and had very reasonable price!
